Per Diem EndodontistRiedman Health Center – Dental DepartmentRochester Regional HealthRochester Regional Health is seeking a Per Diem Endodontist to join the Dental Department at Riedman Health Center, a teaching site with an established Dental Residency Program. This role is ideal for an endodontist interested in flexible clinical work while supporting resident education and required program mandatories.Position OverviewThe Per Diem Endodontist will provide specialized endodontic care on an as-needed basis and support dental resident education in alignment with residency program requirements. This role blends direct patient care with clinical teaching and supervision in a collaborative academic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality endodontic care in an outpatient dental clinic settingSupervise and support dental residents during endodontic proceduresParticipate in resident education, case discussions, and clinical teachingSupport residency program mandatories and accreditation-related requirements as neededCollaborate with dental faculty, residents, and department leadershipUphold quality, safety, and compliance standardsProgram & Practice HighlightsEstablished dental residency program with a strong educational missionAcademic, team-based clinical environmentFlexible per diem scheduling based on program needsOpportunity to focus on teaching alongside clinical practiceQualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited dental schoolCompletion of an accredited Endodontics residency programBoard eligible or board certified in EndodonticsEligible for or holding an active New York State dental licenseInterest in clinical education and resident mentorship preferredSchedulePer Diem (sessions scheduled based on departmental and residency program needs)Why Rochester Regional HealthRochester Regional Health is an integrated health system committed to clinical excellence, education, and community care.
