Apply via Dice today!Position: MongoDB Developer / Database AdministratorLocation: TexasDuration: ContractRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience:Proven experience as a MongoDB Developer or DBA.Hands-on experience with MongoDB architecture, replication, sharding, and performance tuning.Experience with database administration, including backups, restores, and monitoring.Technical Skills:Proficiency in MongoDB, including aggregation, indexing, and schema design.Familiarity with MongoDB tools such as Compass, Ops Manager, or Atlas.Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Bash.Understanding of Linux operating systems and basic system administration.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based MongoDB solutions such as MongoDB Atlas.Certification in MongoDB (e.g., MongoDB Certified Developer or DBA).Experience with other NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, Redis).
