Impact Recruitment is looking for a talented, motivated, and technically driven Manager of Engineering Services to join and lead our client's Civil Engineering team in San Juan Capistrano.A successful Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company, Our client is looking for an individual who is eager to be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team which offers a great balance of professional fulfillment and fun.Essential Functions:Mentor and provide leadership and training to staff to help develop individual growthEmbrace and demonstrate our client's purpose and core valuesOversee, review and provide quality assurance on projectsBusiness develop and network to develop and maintain strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project, including clients, consultants, agencies, and contractorsPrepare and manage plans to ensure compliance with client needsReview and manage project schedule and budgetWork collaboratively with engineering staff and all other disciplines within the Design GroupRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringCalifornia Professional Engineer LicenseA minimum of twelve (12) years' experiencePrivate sector experience with concentration in design of land development projects and/or public work projectsProficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS officeStrong oral and written communication skillsThe ability to multi-task and stay organizedThis is an immediate opening with outstanding benefits and salary package available commensurate with experience.
