Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Tallahassee, FL, with some opportunities to work from home. The Insurance Agent will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by offering tailored insurance products, addressing customer inquiries, and providing expert advice. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, generating leads, conducting policy reviews, and working in collaboration with the team to meet sales goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageStrong background in Finance and financial servicesExcellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsEffective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesState insurance licensing or the ability to obtain required certificationsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsPrior experience in insurance or financial advisory roles is a plus
