The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. Reviews, work orders, builds, and tests components and subassemblies to support master scheduled requirements for the PENTAX Medical ENT product line. Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator - ENTReceive materials from carriers Open, inspect, and update ERP systems with vendor receipts including MRO purchase orders Verify, pack and ship completed sales orders Maintain accurate inventory records and daily cycle counts Locate materials to designated warehouse locations Pick and release materials for work orders Review production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping sales orders, or requisition to determine the correct items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed Deliver materials from receiving and/or production areas to storage, and to any other designated locations Sort and place materials and/or items on racks, shelves, and in the correct bins according to predetermined sequence Weigh and/or tally items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments Complete requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes within operations Assemble and test components and sub-assemblies Identify problems with system operations and provide resolutions Provide first-level technical support and customer service, and refer unresolved issues to the Technical Support Specialist II Install and assemble hardware and peripheral components Respond to client inquiries and provide phone support Other duties as assigned by management Logistics Coordinator - ENT Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of logistics/production planning experience or 4 years' experience in the field.
