Accounts Receivable Admin

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, invoices, statements, ect.Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Maintaining historical records.Paying employees by verifying and paying expense reports.Paying vendors by scheduling checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.Continuing to improve the payment process.All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor’s Degree is required with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounting or Finance.Working knowledge of AR. AP. GL and reports in Silk and Acumatica preferred.Experience working with multiple levels of leadership.Manages time effectively and adapts to quickly changing priorities. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Verbal, written communication, and organizational skills are also needed in this position.Must have strong computer skills.Ability to utilize Microsoft excel.Excellent problem solving, judgment making, analytical, customer service and organizational skills.Ability to build relationships with all parts of the business, IT, HR, Divisions, Operations, local accounting team and larger company wide accounting team.WORKING CONDITIONS:This position reports into our Florence, Kentucky office.Travel up to 10% of the time.Working in a stationary position for an extended period.Operating computers for an extended period.Moving or traversing for an extended period.This position spends most of the time inside a climate-controlled environment.Job requirements listed indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or ability necessary to perform the job proficiently.
