This role focuses on executing research initiatives and delivering insights to improve guest experience, support brand strategy, and drive business decisions. The candidate should be able to quickly integrate into ongoing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Quickly onboard within 2 to 4 weeks and take ownership of active research projectsTranslate business questions into research plans and methodologiesManage research initiatives including brand health tracking, guest experience surveys, loyalty program insights, and market trendsConduct ad hoc research to support business decisionsAnalyze and synthesize multiple data sources including primary research, syndicated data, and behavioral dataDevelop insights and present findings in clear, executive-ready formatsCollaborate with teams such as Marketing, Brand, Sales, Digital, and OperationsManage external research vendors including timelines, deliverables, and quality controlRepresent customer insights to support data-driven decision makingREQUIRED SKILLS:Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer research and insightsExperience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodsStrong understanding of data analysis and statistical conceptsExperience with survey design and research executionAbility to work with multiple data sources and create actionable insightsStrong PowerPoint skills for storytelling and presentationsStrong Excel skills for data analysisExperience with Tableau or similar BI tools is preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projectsPREFERRED SKILLS:Experience in hospitality, travel, or related industryExperience supporting commercial analytics teamsExperience working with global brandsEDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Market Research, or related field requiredMaster’s degree or MBA preferred
