We actively contributes to environmental preservation by planting trees and supporting local communities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in New York City. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, making monograms, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include merchandising products, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and staying informed about product details to provide recommendations and support to customers. This role requires collaboration with the broader team and adherence to Bag-all’s mission and values.QualificationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure satisfactionSales experience, target-driven approach, and knowledge of sales techniquesStrong organizational and inventory management skills to maintain store efficiencyAbility to create appealing visual merchandising displaysEnthusiasm for sustainable practices and eco-friendly productsFluency in French and proficiency in English for effective communicationAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPrevious retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
