Adira at Riverside - Broad Function: To provide elders with routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulation governing the facility as well as established nursing home policies and procedures.Specific Requirements:Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.Posses the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.Possess the ability to deal graciously with personnel, elders, family members, visitors, and the general public.Must have patience, act, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as being willing to handle elders based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.Must have some understanding of social.
