Customer Service Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: Customer Service Representatives are a critical part of Arbor-Nomics as this role is the frontline for the organization that has the responsibility of delighting our customers. We are looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to interface with our customers, provide support and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be a good problem solver, self-driven, an efficient multi-tasker, with great communication skills and a strong work ethic.ResponsibilitiesSpeak with customers to answer product and service-related questions and suggest information about other products and servicesOpen customer accounts and document account informationMaintain customer records by updating account informationResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionMaintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustmentsRecommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needsPrepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationContribute to team performance by accomplishing specified results as neededBuild sustainable relationships with customersQualificationsHigh School Diploma1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support roleStrong phone, communication (verbal and listening) and documentation skillsCustomer focused and adaptable to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyWe OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Your job is safe with us.
