Director, Environment & Release Management Global Solutions Integrated DesignLocation: Waltham, MA / New York, NYWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Environment & Release Management to lead and optimize the planning, coordination, and governance of integrated design releases across our global solutions portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cross-functional software solutions that align with enterprise schedules, vendor timelines, and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical acumen, cross-functional coordination skills, and deep experience in global release management practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of experience in IT program delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on release or environment management.Proven experience managing enterprise-wide release and deployment processes across multiple programs and business functions.Strong technical understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and DevOps tooling.Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models; ability to lead across matrixed organizations and global delivery centers.Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, and test environment management platforms.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
