Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships and providing ongoing support. The role involves proactively addressing client needs, analyzing data to improve customer experiences, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role is key to fostering customer loyalty and ensuring that clients maximize the value of Zof AI’s platform. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to understand and address client needs effectively.Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to foster long-term partnerships and maintain client loyalty.Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.Superb communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with SaaS products or software reliability concepts is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
