Job DescriptionAs an Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer in the Army National Guard, you'll specialize in inspecting, servicing, and repairing things like brake systems, rudders, flaps, and landing gear. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions to hydraulic or pneumatic systems, subsystems, or components.Job Duties• Use and maintain common/special tools• Maintain facilities for storage of flammable/hazardous materialsSome of the Skills You'll LearnEngine disassembly and repairRepair of aluminum, steel, and fiberglass airframes/coveringsFix hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systemsHelpful Skills• Preference for mathematics and shop mechanics• Ability to use hand and power toolsThrough your training, you will develop the skills and experience to enjoy a civilian career with aircraft manufacturers, commercial airlines, and government agencies.Earn While You LearnInstead of paying to learn these skills, get paid to learn.
