MEP Project Manager

One of the largest mechanical contractors in the DFW area are hiring for a number of Project Management roles ranging from PM to Sr. PM in both their Special Projects and New Construction departments. Offering strong progression opportunities and a highly competitive financial package, they are seeking experienced, driven individuals to join their team.Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience for a Mechanical or Plumbing subcontractorExperience managing both mechanical and plumbing scopes on projects ideally in excess of $20mExperience managing project financials, including RFIs, Submittals and Change OrdersExperience managing Data Center or Healthcare projects is highly desirableMust be able to prepare/coordinate on submittals/shop drawings and operations and maintenance manuals.Technical background in HVAC preferredExperience with design-build/design-assist construction.
