Detailed description of work task to be carried out Proactively drive the vision for, and creation of, the IT architecture for one or more areas in alignment with the business and IT strategy. Recognised in the organisation as having deep knowledge of one or more of the following architecture domains: Business, Information, System or Technical Architecture, or IT Security. Ensure understanding of the important factors for Business and IT within own areas and to drive consensus among stakeholders on the trade-offs required. Proactively develop, guide and govern standards, principles and best practices to better achieve organisational objectives. Responsibilities Deliver according to quality-, Bank's standards and timeliness to effectively execute agreed objectives Proactively guide, implement and govern architectural principles, best practices and common change initiatives in own area by anticipating issues and building consensus and commitment among stakeholders at all levels Communicate complex concepts in clear and understandable ways to build understanding Build effective relationships with other architects and stakeholders across the organisation to facilitate the improvement of the architecture across multiple areas Guide and advise stakeholders to resolve architectural issues to support the implementation of target picture Keep focus on own development as well as mentor others to build knowledge and improve overall effectiveness of staff Drive strategic discussions for evolving the architecture to deliver reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk, or improved business capabilities Analyse stakeholder requirements, maintain an overview of the As is application and IT infrastructure landscape and related gaps, to create architecture vision and roadmaps that support the business area strategy Must-have knowledge and experience Microsoft Azure certified (Azure Solutions Architect Expert), or similar experience Experience in design/setup of enterprise applications on Azure AKS Experience in design/setup of enterprise database on Azure Postgres Experience in design/setup of integrations using Kafka integrations for applications in Azure Business knowledge (Superior level) Software engineering (Superior level) IT solution architecture (Excellent level) Enterprise architecture (Professional level) Conceptual thinking (Superior level) Preferred location - Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw J-18808-Ljbffr
