This team owns the platforms that power our ads and marketing measurement. The role is central to driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention.What you'll doOwn and define the vision, strategy and product roadmap for ad tech and ads measurement platforms at SoFiIdentify leapfrog product features leveraging forward-thinking technology, data, tools (including ML or AI) and industry best practices to provide a differentiated value and best-in-class experience to our membersCreate and evangelize a product vision and own a multi-year product roadmap, including prioritizing and driving backlogs for launch with dedicated engineering teamsCommunicate the vision, strategy, execution plan and customer impact to all stakeholders, including the highest levels of leadershipCollaborate closely with the full cross-functional team (marketing, product, design, engineering, platform, data, compliance, risk, finance, operations) to execute the strategic visionWhat you'll needBachelor's degree or higher with a technical discipline5+ years of product management experiencePrevious experience leading Platform and/or MarTech cross-functional teamsTechnical savvy with marketing systems and ability to partner closely with marketing leadershipFull-stack operator: ability to create and execute business and product strategyAbility to operate cross-functionally, lead and influence colleagues, and make timely tactical decisionsFlexible and collaborative approach to problem solving in an ambiguous environmentSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-level leadershipData-driven approach and excellent analytical skillsPassion for customersCompensation and BenefitsPay range: $144,000.00 - $247,500.00 (annual).
