The selected candidate will assess the functionality of approximately 20 custom applications and research replacement options.This role involves working closely with business users and subject matter experts to evaluate existing systems (primarily C# with SQL backend) and recommend future solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, define, and document functional and business requirementsAssess current applications and recommend replacement solutionsWork closely with business units to understand processes and needsFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholdersProvide detailed solution design aligned with business requirementsCoordinate work estimates and act as a primary point of contactEnsure applications align with business strategy and project scopeLead and guide business analysts and project activitiesDevelop documentation, reports, and executive presentationsPresent recommendations to leadership and stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience8+ years of experience in:Business analysis and requirements gatheringApplication architecture and solution designProject management and stakeholder coordinationExperience working with C# applications and SQL databasesStrong communication, documentation, and presentation skillsExperience conducting workshops and working with cross-functional teamsAbility to research and recommend software solutionsWork ScheduleCore meetings between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)Flexible schedule for independent workWhy JoinOpportunity to work with a government agencyInfluence modernization of critical business applicationsCollaborative and strategic role with leadership exposure
