Outside Sales Project Manager
We are seeking an Outside Sales Project Manager with demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment. The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the following:
Develop and grow our client base.
Use proven business development skills and/or technical background to develop and grow client base by marketing our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions.
Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of promoting our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Recruit, interview and place highly skilled Engineering Professionals.
Solidify company's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
Contact supervisors to determine candidates' suitability to support and resolve specific client needs.
Strategize with team to accomplish business growth goals.
Requirements:
4 year college degree.
Proven Outside Sales track record.
Minimum 2 years business to business professional selling experience.
Ideal candidate has: Entrepreneurial attitude, discipline, persistence, tenacity, an eagerness to learn the high tech market and an aggressive closer personality.

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
