Summary:Admissions team members are responsible for upholding the Great Escape standards of guest service as guest enter the park.What You Will Be DoingAssist Guests with the purchase of Day tickets and Season passesGreet and interact with the guests as they pass through your assigned Admissions locationUPSELL Season Passes and associated add-onsProcess Season PassesAssist Guests through turnstile area after ensuring proper admission has been receivedAssist guests through exit turnstile and issue a return stamp, while not allowing entry at that locationPerform sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system in placeHow You Will Do ItComply with all Great Escape policies and proceduresOperate in a safe mannerWillfully perform duties in any department at The Great Escape Resort when necessaryBe an active team member of the Operations Division and the Admissions DepartmentMaintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team membersFollow all delegated tasks assigned by Admissions Management or as stated in the Operations Standard Operating ProceduresPerform and comply with functions learned in trainingPerform other incidental and related duties as required and assignedWhat You Will NeedMust be at least 14 years oldMust be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of timeFor safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageAbility to actively communicate with large groups of GuestsBe available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelinesWhy work with us?Paid trainingAdvancement opportunitiesOvertime pay eligible after 40 hoursYear-round job opportunitiesExclusive employee parties and events for you and your familyPay Rate: $16.00/hr
