Linux Admin L3Ensure 24/7 availability of SAP systems within the SAP ECS environment.Respond promptly to alerts and incidents across Linux OS and infrastructure layers in hyperscaler and SAP Data Center environments.Act as the L3/L4 escalation point for critical production issues.Execute service requests while strictly following change management protocols.Optimize SOPs by leveraging automation to improve platform operations, efficiency, and reliability.Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, security, and performance of cloud services for SAP applications.Collaborate with multinational teams to deliver reliable cloud services for global enterprise customers.Develop strategies to improve customer experience and ensure compliance with SLAs.Required Skills & Experience:8–15 years of advanced Linux administration experience with Red Hat / SUSE.Strong expertise in Linux troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.Proficiency in TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, and firewalls.Hands-on experience with DNS, NFS, Samba, SFTP, NTP, LDAP, and HTTP proxies.Experience administering hyperscaler environments, including compute and storage.Experience managing hyperscaler networking, including:VPCs / VNetsSubnetsRoute TablesSecurity Groups / NSGsNAT GatewaysHands-on experience managing containers and Kubernetes clusters.Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and ServiceNow.Strong understanding of IT security and OS hardening practices.Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Linux Shell, Perl, Python, or Go.Experience with server automation tools, particularly Ansible.Company Benefits & Culture:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.Supportive and collaborative work culture.
