Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.Position SummaryAs an Assembly Technician, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to assemble complex fiber components into draw units that support our precision manufacturing processes.What You'll DoAssemble small and delicate components with precision to meet quality and customer requirementsWork with engineering teams on special product and project buildsSelect appropriate materials, tools, and instructions needed for each assemblyComplete all necessary steps in the assembly process to ensure high-quality outputAccurately document production information and maintain recordsFollow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipmentRead and interpret routing sheets and process documentationPerform other related tasks as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentConsistent work history and strong reliabilityPrior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is a plusComfortable working with small, fragile componentsAbility to follow detailed instructions and build complex assembliesExperience using microscopes or precision inspection tools is a plusProficiency in English, including speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing, at a level necessary to effectively perform job dutiesStrong manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and visual acuityAbility to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbsMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningReliable transportation to work requiredWhy Join Us?If you take pride in working with your hands, enjoy building precise components, and are looking to join a company where your contributions truly matter, we encourage you to apply today.What We Offer 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Starting Rate: Typically begins at $20.00/hour, within the pay range listed belowPay Range: $20.00 - $21.36/hour, based on experienceShift Differential:Additional 10% for 2nd Shift schedule Additional 15% for 3rd Shift schedule.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, Disability Insurance, Group Life Insurance; 401(k) with company match; Annual PTO: 120 hours + 10 paid holidaysAdditional InformationNew hires for this position are initially placed with CoWorx Staffing Agency for a minimum period of 3 months prior to hire by Incom.Incom, Inc. will not provide employment sponsorship, now or in the future, to be authorized to work in the United States.Incom is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.The information here does not constitute a contract, expressed or implied.
