Software Development Manager, BDT - Cradle

Overview In this role you will lead the development of high-scale data lake services within the BDT organization, shaping core data platform capabilities used across producers and consumers. You will mentor engineers, partner with product teams, and drive architecture decisions for EMR, Redshift, and other AWS data tools. You’ll work on scalable, reliable systems that enable vast data sharing, analytics, and insights at Amazon scale. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong customer-obsessed, data-driven mindset. You will help define strategy and build a culture of excellence and impact.
