Expo/Food Runner

Sweet Basil Cafe of Champaign is looking for an Expo assistant/ food runner with great communication skills, energetic, team-oriented, and striving for quality customer service. As a Expo/ Togo assistant, you will be responsible to keep the efficient workflow between the kitchen and the servers. You will work in a fast-paced environment so your goal will always be to get proper orders in a timely manner, assist and manage the final preparation of different food and dishes, control and oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen, ensure adherence to all relevant quality and sanitation rules and regulations, serve as a contact point for the kitchen and the wait staff, take care of customers with special needs and requests.
