Lead Line Cook

Hourly | Part-Time | $21.50–$23.00/hr + Tip-EligibleWe’re seeking experienced, dependable Lead Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment. This role is ideal for strong team players who are passionate about food quality, kitchen leadership, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.What It Takes to Succeed Support and guide line cooks and dishwashers during service Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and urgency Ensure stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper product rotation (FIFO) Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team to maintain ticket times Assist with prep, inventory, opening/closing duties, and kitchen cleanliness Uphold all health, safety, and company standardsEducation & Experience 5+ years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred Experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels, or events preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Equivalent combination of education and experience consideredWhy Join Our TeamRMD Group creates elevated hospitality experiences through teamwork, passion, and operational excellence.
