The position requires effective communication, customer service, and scheduling skills to ensure smooth office functioning and coordination. Bilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole and Spanish, along with prior administrative experience, is essential for success.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support by coordinating office services, handling clerical tasks, and assisting staff with daily operations.Provide administrative support to a busy HR departmentRespond to inquiries, offer customer service to residents, clients, and the public, and manage records related to housing programs.Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas and minutes to ensure smooth communication and operations.Set rooms for meetings.Maintain office supplies, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office and services.General office upkeep as necessaryWill coordinate duties for summer internsRequirements & Qualifications:Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.Strong customer service acumenProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.Customer service-focused with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.Bilingual in Haitian Creole and Spanish is required.High school diploma or equivalent required.Clerical or administrative experience, preferably in housing, real estate, or government-related roles.Your Career Partner:The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
