Mortgage Finance Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative and financial tasks, takes initiative without being asked, and is eager to learn and grow within the business.You do not need years of accounting or mortgage experience to succeed here. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and highly organized who takes pride in getting the details right.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $40,000 – $47,000 (based on experience)Bonus: Performance-based, per company policyBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k): With company matchPTO: Paid time off per company policyResponsibilities:Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial recordsProcess daily deposits and assist with account trackingPrepare and cut checks for vendors and operational expensesSupport bookkeeping and accounting administrative functionsOrganize and maintain files, records, and internal documentationAssist with reconciling invoices and financial informationCommunicate with vendors, team members, and internal departmentsHelp improve processes and keep operations running efficientlyTake ownership of assigned tasks and follow through consistentlyQualifications:Mortgage or banking experience is preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyHighly organized with good time management skillsComfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistencyAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentTakes initiative and looks for ways to help without being askedStrong communication and follow-up skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspacePrevious administrative, accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience is a plusAbout Company:Keystone Funding Inc. is a purpose-driven residential mortgage lender committed to making homeownership accessible, transparent, and personal.
