In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial and property goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of clients' financial situations and mortgage needs. Provide expert advice on suitable mortgage products, ensuring clarity and understanding for clients. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, maintaining a client‑first approach. Collaborate with lenders and stakeholders to secure the best mortgage deals. Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Requirements Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification is essential. Proven experience in a client‑facing mortgage advisory role, ideally in a brokerage environment. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, criteria, and the Irish mortgage market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Target‑driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment. Very competitive base salary.
