We deliver care that stays with you.Upperline Health Plus is seeking a Primary Care Medical Assistant who delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a value-based practice.In our patient-centered and outcomes-driven environment, the Medical Assistant supports patients in the clinic by rooming patients, obtaining medical history, and taking vital signs, while also ensuring care beyond the visit through proactive outreach and care coordination.The Medical Assistant provides direct support to the Upperline Plus Primary Care Provider to ensure efficient clinic operations and effective team-based care.The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working at the top of their scope in a collaborative care model.
