Materials Compliance Lead 📍 Wyoming, Minnesota, United States (Onsite) 💰 Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 / Year 🕒 Experience Required: 3+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Materials Compliance Lead to support regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives for vehicles, parts, accessories, and merchandise. This role will ensure products meet global environmental regulations while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance across the product lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with materials regulations including Prop65, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, and POPsSupport sustainability and lifecycle compliance initiatives for productsInterpret and apply global environmental regulations to products and componentsPartner with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to meet compliance requirementsManage change control for existing products and maintain updated compliance statusPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and regulatory documentationMaintain environmental legal databases and compliance recordsCoordinate with suppliers, laboratories, contractors, and government agenciesReview large Bills of Materials (BOMs) and generate compliance statementsMonitor new environmental regulations and recommend proactive actionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in materials compliance, regulatory affairs, or product stewardshipStrong knowledge of Prop65, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, POPsExperience reviewing engineering drawings and raw materials in manufacturingStrong analytical skills in BOM review, legislation analysis, and risk assessmentProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred BackgroundCandidates from Off-Highway, Automotive, Transportation, Manufacturing, or Industrial Equipment industries are highly preferred.
