This role focuses on building strategic, long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel managers, and TMCs while maximizing share, rate, and overall account production.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProspect, negotiate, and manage local and national business travel accountsSecure and renew negotiated corporate rate agreements aligned with revenue strategyDrive incremental room night production through account growth, market share expansion, and new account acquisitionConduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections to strengthen relationshipsAnalyze account performance, production trends, and market opportunities to drive strategic decisionsMaintain accurate account, production, and activity tracking in the CRM systemRepresent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual transient revenue goalsAssist the Director of Sales with marketing efforts through hotel activations, outside sales calls, convention/show/booth events and other networking channelsResponsible for the Development and execution of a Performance Agreement, Action Plan, and Learning PlanPerform any other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:25 years of hotel sales experience with a focus on business travel or corporate transientStrong understanding of negotiated rate programs, LNRs, RFP processes, and TMC partnershipsProven success driving corporate account production and market shareExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports and performance metricsExperience with Delphi, Opera, Salesforce, or similar CRM and PMS platforms
