As our SEC Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial statements and disclosures are accurate, timely, and in full compliance with SEC regulations. You will be a key contributor to our finance team, driving transparency and reliability in our financial communications.Work directly with the Lead Senior Manager of SEC reporting and technical accountingPrepare the Company’s periodic SEC filings, including 10Qs, 10Ks, and assist with proxy statement; provide disclosure benchmarkingAssist with tie out of the earnings release, web schedules, and conference call scriptsPrepare and ensure consistency with the tie-out of the 10-Q/10-K with both earnings release and audit committee materials.Prepare the EPS calculations and statement of shareholders equity as well as weighted-average shares outstandingReview and understand preparation of Statement of Cash FlowsEnsure compliance with SOX controls and update SOX narrativesAssist in drafting and maintaining quarterly and annual accounting memos, for example going concern, impairment assessments, and related party information.Record or review stock compensation expense entries, flux analysis, and reconciliationsRecord or review share repurchases and RSU releases entriesAbility to sort through large volumes of stock awards or transactions and summarize (Excel)Prepare and/or review quarterly PRSU multipliersParticipate in global mandatory sustainability reporting, and new FASB and SEC standards to ensure proper reportingUnderstand the impacts of acquisitions and divestitures for SEC reporting purposesWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA5 to 7 years relevant experience, including multi-national and public company SEC reporting experienceBig 4 experience helpful but not requiredBasic knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulationsKnowledge of global sustainability reporting helpfulAccountable taking ownership over outcomes and public-facing information; self-starterAbility to listen to the needs of internal stakeholders, articulate issues in a clear and simplified manner, present findingsAdvanced Excel and/or Google spreadsheet skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical with ability to dive into the details and data and do the analysis requiredTeam player showing emotional intelligence in all situationsExperience with Oracle, DOMO, and/or Workiva helpfulTrimble’s Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
