Job Descriptiondetail-oriented Production Quality Technician to join our team on the night shift. This role operates on a rotating schedule (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 3-4 days per week) and works directly on the production floor to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Collect and test in-process and finished product samplesVerify packaging, labeling, coding, and product specificationsInspect incoming ingredients and monitor production conditionsEnsure sanitation standards are maintained on the production floorSupport audits, inspections, and quality investigationsDocument results and manage non-conforming productsCollaborate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teamsFollow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and support continuous improvementThis is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
