Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO Location: Amherst, NH (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary + full benefits packagePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing Wealth Management firm in Amherst, NH. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, managing the CEO’s day-to-day operations, optimizing time, and ensuring seamless coordination across business and personal commitments. This is a fully in-office role requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and prioritiesCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logisticsAct as a gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and requests to maximize the CEO’s efficiencyPrepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action itemsEvent & Meeting CoordinationPlan, coordinate, and execute internal and client-facing events, including logistics, invitations, and materialsSchedule and organize executive meetings, board meetings, and client engagementsEnsure all meetings are efficiently structured and aligned with business objectivesOperational EfficiencySupport time management by anticipating needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring optimal use of the CEO’s timeAssist with special projects and strategic initiatives as neededMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAdministrative ExcellenceDraft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEOMaintain organized records, files, and documentationLiaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners professionally and effectivelyQualifications3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services or wealth managementStrong understanding of executive-level support and business operationsExceptional organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management toolsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentPreferred:Experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems and client relationship workflowsBenefitsCompetitive base salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a dynamic and growing wealth management firm.
