Automated Process Technician

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Auto Process Technician to maintain our high standards in producing innovative eyecare products. In this role, you will be instrumental in operating automated equipment, conducting thorough quality inspections, and ensuring our production processes adhere to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Execute quality inspections using precision gauges and fixtures, statistically monitoring quality to ensure adherence to stringent standards.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Documentation Practice requirements, ensuring all work aligns with established protocols.
Manage materials and operate automated equipment, maintaining a smooth and efficient production flow.
Address and resolve minor equipment or process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Perform detailed optical tool inspections, assembly, set-up, line clearance, mechanical and negative checks, and changeovers.
Comply with Good Practice regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring rigorous quality control.
Meet individual job requirements while upholding overall compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance across all processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
Experience with CNC Tooling and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
Familiarity with Machine Setups for Production Runs.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Die Attach/Bonding and Tool/Die/Mold Repair.
Proficiency in Equipment Troubleshooting, including electrical and mechanical aspects.
