This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting. New PT graduates are encouraged to apply!Setting: OutpatientSchedule: MondayFriday3 days: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM2 days: 9:00 AM 6:00 PMAssignment: OngoingLocations:2 locations in Smyrna1 location in MurfreesboroKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing range of motion, strength, balance, posture, ambulation, and functional independenceDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findingsProvide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelinesMaintain accurate documentation, including daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summariesSupervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure treatment plans are properly executedCommunicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team membersUtilize the NETHEALTH system for documentation and reportingQualifications:Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy programActive Tennessee Physical Therapist license or Compact LicenseCPR certificationBasic PC skills and experience with EMR systemsAbility to work independently in an autonomous environmentNew or recent graduates are encouraged to applyThis opportunity offers stability, consistent weekday hours, and the ability to provide meaningful outpatient rehabilitation services in a patient-focused environment.
