Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect/Project Manager based in Montgomery, AL. The individual in this role will oversee architectural projects, manage designs from conceptualization through completion, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and the internal team. Responsibilities include creating project plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, managing budgets, and supervising project timelines to meet quality standards. The role combines architectural design expertise with project management to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design and drafting, with skills in 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar toolsExperience in project planning, budgeting, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teamsThorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodsStrong organizational and time management abilities to ensure project timelines and standards are metExcellent communication skills for client relations and team collaborationProfessional licensure as an architect or progress toward licensure is preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldExperience with sustainability-focused and energy-efficient design is a plus
