Painter

High Pay Position We are seeking intelligent, skilled, experienced, Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of custom residential homes. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the appearance and condition of our projects, ensuring an impeccable finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing, residential painting, they will be highly intelligent, self starters, capable of producing fine finishes without the need for babysitting. Duties - Apply paint and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings using hand and power tools. - Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing walls and ceilings. - Measure and cut paintbrushes, rollers, and other painting tools. - Collaborate with carpenters, handymen, and other construction professionals to ensure a high-quality finish. - Perform maintenance tasks to extend the life of the paint and other finishes. - Use concrete finishing techniques to prepare surfaces for painting. - Work efficiently and safely to meet project deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications - A strong work ethic where you do not require babysitting. - Experience with custom residential painting. - Ability to maintain and repair tools and equipment. - Familiarity with stucco and other exterior finishes. - Physical stamina to work at heights and in cramped spaces. - Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced environment.
