Enjoy the vibrant lifestyle and beautiful surroundings of Tucson, AZ while contributing to a meaningful project.Key Responsibilities:Document user and host computer information, including software and hardware asset inventories.Ensure all systems are captured within the asset management system.Assist with pre-migration tasks, ensuring network connectivity and coordinating with System Administrators.Provide technical support to end users post-migration.Identify and communicate newly discovered errors to the Project Manager.Offer telephonic support and complete other tasks as needed.Requirements:A+ CertificationPreferences:Security CertificationAssociate degree in an IT-related field or 2 years of documentable experienceDocumented experience with Windows 10/11Documented Microsoft Office experienceStart Date: As soon as possible.
