Utilize analysis skills to evaluate clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products. Communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear, engaging manner, ensuring clients understand their options thoroughly. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products effectively and expand outreach efforts. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly across diverse audiences. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively. Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly. Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer service best practices. Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
