DescriptionThe Red Gate Group is seeking a Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst - Senior to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO. This position supports NGA's GEOINT Ground mission by providing comprehensive program management oversight and strategic support to NGA's Source Operations Group, including cross-program analysis, risk management, stakeholder communications, and resource integration planning.Responsibilities:Oversee and contribute to multiple program efforts by performing integrated analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance to identify enterprise-level trends and conflictsServe as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical progress and issues into clear, concise reports for customers and senior leadershipLead the development of strategic resource integration plans, capturing and validating resource requirements needed to achieve long-term program objectivesConduct detailed analyses of multiple internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts, providing actionable recommendations to government program managersFacilitate preparations for senior management reviews, including developing briefing materials, coaching presenters, and tracking pre-brief action items Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (or ability to obtain CI Poly within 90 days of start)Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Program Management, Business, or Computer ScienceMinimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in Program Management (cost, schedule, performance, risk)Demonstrated experience supporting the full lifecycle of Major System Acquisitions within the DoD or IC Desired Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level II/III certification in Program ManagementDemonstrated expertise with advanced functions of project management tools and techniquesDirect experience with the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) mission or NGA Company Description
