Reports to the Engineering Manager. Scope~60-65 maintenance employees 11 direct reports (supervisors, planning, inventory) 24/7 food processing operation ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of maintenance operations Lead supervisors and hourly trades Drive PM/PdM, uptime, and RCFA Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and EHS Budget, parts strategy, and capital input Safety and regulatory compliance RequirementsEngineering degree Food manufacturing experience Experience leading maintenance teams at similar scale Background as Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Manager, or early-career Maintenance Manager Strong engineering and reliability foundation CompensationBase: $110K-$135K Bonus: 15% Profit sharing: ~6% (401k) Full, hands-off relocation JDP
