Recreation Activities Counselor (Nature Center Attendant)

Are you the kind of person who gets excited about turtles, snakes, and everything wild and wonderful? If you enjoy sharing nature with others and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty (sometimes cleaning tanks or two), this might be the perfect job for you! At the Ocean Lakes Family Campground, we’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Nature Center Attendant to help bring nature to life for our guests. What You’ll Do Lead fun indoor and outdoor nature activities for kids and families Introduce guests to fascinating animals like turtles, snakes, and other reptiles Help feed animals and maintain their habitats (yes, that means cleaning tanks!) Share cool nature facts and spark curiosity about the environment Assist with educational programs and special events Create a welcoming, engaging experience for campers of all ages What We’re Looking For Someone who loves animals Comfortable handling reptiles and other small animals Friendly, outgoing, and great with families and kids Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn Team player with a positive attitude Why It’s Awesome Spend your days surrounded by all things nature (no boring office job here!)
