The company is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical research through cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence.Job DescriptionManage the monthly financial closing process, ensuring effective collaboration with the Business Services Center and other stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions for multiple entities, and provide necessary justifications. Conduct regular account analyses and reconciliations to maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. Prepare and present quarterly financial reviews to senior management and the board of directors. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual statutory reports and financial statements in line with Swiss regulations. Assist with income tax calculations for both internal and external reporting purposes. Act as a finance business partner, supporting key stakeholders across various management levels. Handle additional tasks and projects to support the overall finance function as needed.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in the field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including US GAAP and the Swiss Code of Obligations. Proven experience working in a multinational environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial statements. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP (FI/CO), and advanced Excel skills. Proactive and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus, with strong communication abilities.
