Role Description This is a contract position for a Medical Transportation Driver in Broome, NY with hybrid work opportunities, allowing for some tasks to be completed from home. The responsibilities include safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, ensuring all transportation protocols are followed, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional administrative duties, such as trip scheduling and documenting transportation activities, may also be required. Qualifications Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and familiarity with local routes and navigation toolsStrong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time-management abilities for scheduling and timely transportationBasic understanding of transportation safety protocols and proceduresAbility to work independently and maintain professionalism under varying conditionsExperience in medical transportation or patient care is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
