The role involves learning and executing Roofing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales processes, and supporting the team to achieve targets. Daily responsibilities include at first running appointments, closing roofing deals. Once ready to build a team, responsibilities evolve into mentoring team members, analyzing sales performance, and contributing to the development of innovative sales approaches.
