Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager located in Sparks Glencoe, MD. The Program Manager will oversee program initiatives, manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and mitigating risks to secure successful project outcomes. The Program Manager will also be responsible for driving process improvements and fostering a results-driven work environment. Qualifications Program and Project Management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationStrong leadership, team collaboration, and client relationship management skillsTechnical proficiency in areas like engineering, construction, or related disciplinesExcellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plusPMP certification or equivalent is highly desirableExperience in working with government agencies or private-sector infrastructure projects is advantageousCommitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth
