Front Office Administrative Assistant- PART TIMEThe Reynolds Farm Equipment Front Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for receiving and redirecting telephone calls from customers and vendors. Under the direction of the Store Manager, you will deliver quality customer service, exceptional phone etiquette, and be a part of one of the country’s top John Deere dealer organizations. The Front Office Administrative Assistant helps all store personnel to be as efficient as possible and provide most accurate information. As the newest member of our administrative organization, you'll be responsible for receiving telephone calls from customers and administering/collecting payments. The Front Office Administrative Assistant must practice confidentiality both in and out of dealership and maintain positive attitude while working to improve teamwork between all dealership personal. Most importantly, perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to the Corporate's Values.Responsibilities:Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealershipReviews purchase orders ensuring information is accurate and submits supporting paperwork to the Accounting DepartmentRe-stock floor merchandise when applicablePerform cashier dutiesDistributes mailDrafts and types standard letters and memoranda as requested and prepares documents for distributionProvides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at that locationResponsible for having means of transportation available to arrive at work on timeFields internal and external customer inquiries to the correct departmentUpdates customer profilesPromote safety requirements and procedures in alignment with company’s policiesPromote and maintain positive attitude by positively affecting customers and employeesHandle day-to-day operations and specific tasks in a fast-paced and high call volume environment and other duties assigned in the administrative/clerical aspectRequirements:Basic knowledge of accounting practicesClerical background in working with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software on a computer while providing clear and detailed communication via computer keyboardExceptional ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions; can type/transcribe well on computer with full details without hesitationClear and proactive communication skills along with exceptional ability to use phone systems with quality phone etiquetteSolid clerical expertiseAbility to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help othersRequires attention to detail and being careful along with being thorough in completing tasksStrong people and communication skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced and high call volume environmentAbility to manage one's own timeRequires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured, cooperative attitudeExcellent organizational skills and communication skillsUnwavering commitment to confidentialityReliable transportation to arrive on timeRequires being reliable, responsible, accountable, and dependable in fulfilling obligationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceRotational Saturdays 7:30a- 12pAbout The Reynolds Team:With an energetic company culture and host of benefits, Reynolds Farm Equipment has emerged as an employer of choice for top talent.
