Hiring Now: Sales Lead Manager (Remote) | Utah County / Pleasant Grove preferredThe Park Pilates Club, Pleasant Grove, UtahThe Park Pilates Club is hiring a Sales Lead Manager to lead our inbound sales process, follow up with new leads fast, and create a personal experience that turns first-time visitors into long-term members.This role is remote, but we strongly prefer someone in or near Pleasant Grove / Utah County, because we want you to occasionally come into the studio to meet new members, introduce yourself, and help strengthen community.What success looks like in this role: • You respond to inbound leads within 5 to 10 minutes (ideally via phone call) • You confidently guide people into the best next step: intro booking + membership path • You follow up with intro clients and help convert them to membership at the right moment • You reduce cancellations by proactively reaching out, understanding the reason, and offering the right solution (pause options, plan changes, accountability support, etc.) • You keep the pipeline organized so no lead falls through the cracksResponsibilities: • Outbound calling + texting + email follow-up to new inbound leads • Booking intros and supporting membership conversion • Post-intro follow-up and relationship building • Retention outreach for at-risk members and cancellation saves • Tracking lead status and outcomes (CRM or structured spreadsheet tracking) • Occasional in-person studio drop-ins to meet new clients and add a personal touchWe’re looking for someone who is: • Fun, social, warm, and confident on the phone • Comfortable with high-touch sales and real conversations • Experienced in sales (membership sales or fitness/wellness is a plus) • Fast, consistent, and reliable with follow-up • Passionate about fitness and excited to be part of a growing studioCompensation: Great pay + commissionStart: Immediate hireTo apply, email your resume to info@parkpilatesclub.comSubject line: Sales Lead Manager - The Park
