This role involves full-stack development, performance optimization, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure custom-built .NET applicationsDesign, code, compile, test, debug, and document web applicationsProvide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applicationsMonitor, review, and optimize application performanceCollaborate with Technical Architects and other teams to ensure compliance with state and organizational standardsDeliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to internal teamsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including design discussions and sprint activitiesContribute feedback on design and implementation approachesSupport additional tasks, special projects, and technical analysis as requiredRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of full-stack development experience in any combination of:C#ASP.NET CoreMicrosoft SQL Server (MSSQL)At least 1+ year of enterprise-level software development experienceStrong understanding of web application development and software development lifecycleQualifications2+ years of experience with:MVC architecture using .NET Core (2.x, 3.x, .NET 5 or higher)BootstrapJavaScriptSQL ServerDevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)1+ year of experience with modern frameworks such as Vue.js or ReactExperience working in a collaborative development team environmentExperience with client-facing engagements including design, delivery, deployment, and maintenanceFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
