Dental Call Center Representative

Job Description: Shift: Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri Salary: $21 - $24.45 per hour. Make a positive impact on patients' lives Answer and handle incoming dental calls Schedule appointments and route prescription refill requests Provide information about services and check eligibility Send messages to clinical teams and forward calls as needed Contribute to the community's health and well-being Experience and Skills: High School diploma or equivalent. One year high volume call experience Great problem-solver and communicator! Indian Preference.
